This week in class we talked about second hand smoke in Japan. For homework, please answer the following questions online:
1)Do you think smokers are a problem in Tokyo?
2)If you had control of the Tokyo government, what changes would you make to reduce the number of smokers?
Answers must be at least 100 words, and you should respond to at least two of your classmates posts. Your responses to your classmates should total at least 50 words.
In 2017, the happiest countries in the world (according to the World Happiness Report) are: Norway, Denmark and Iceland. Japan sits at 51st place. For homework, please answer the following question online:
How can Japan improve the happiness of its people? If you had control of the government for one year, what changes would you make to improve Japan's ranking in the World Happiness Report?

Homework #2: Please watch the video again and type your answers to the following questions on a sheet of A4 paper.
One of the best ways to build our English fluency is to use questions to make longer, more interesting conversations. Starting next lesson, the first four minutes of each lesson will be for "What`s new?". Use this time to talk to your classmates and build your fluency!
