No homework for this week! Enjoy a week off and see you next Monday!
I love jokes, riddles and puns!
For homework this week, please do a little searching for English jokes. Add the best joke you find to this website by clicking the COMMENT link. Next week we will vote on the funniest joke and the winner will get a prize!
Rules: 1) You must be able to understand the joke. 2) Do not post a joke that another student has already posted. 3) You must comment on at least three of your classmates' jokes.
One of the best ways to build our English fluency is to use questions to make longer, more interesting conversations. Starting next lesson, the first four minutes of each lesson will be for "What`s new?". Use this time to talk to your classmates and build your fluency!
Homework: Please answer this question online by clicking the COMMENT link below: What are your plans for Golden Week? Your answer should be at least 100 words long and it shouldn`t have any spelling mistakes. This homework is worth 3 points.
Homework, part 2: Please read your classmates` homework assignments and ask follow-up questions to three of them (you can add a follow-up question by clicking the REPLY link after each entry).
And please download and print the handout below for next lesson!
It was very nice to meet you all today! This is our class blog that I will use to distribute materials for the class. We will also use the website for some homework assignments. If you lose your Class Guide, you can download a new copy below.
For homework, please download and print the ALL ABOUT ME information sheet below and fill it in with your information. Don't forget a photo! This homework will be worth one point.
You will also need this handout for our next lesson. Please download it, print it out and bring it to class. If you don't have the handout you may be marked absent!
